Our Mission The mission of the Fayette County Human Service Council, Inc. is to improve the quality and delivery of health, human and education service. Mobilizing community resources through partnerships with business, government, religious and community organizations, the Council plans, researches, analyzes, educates and advocates. Council meetings are scheduled on the 3rd Wednesday of the months of February, April, June, August, October and December.
